Wow. I was pleasantly surprised by this toner.I have oily skin, and have been attempting retinols again. I needed something calming.This is it. It has zero irritation, even calms down the retinol burning sensation. It is extremely moisturizing, without breaking me out or causing more oil production.The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is I want to love that it has PDRN - however they don't list the percentage or PPM anywhere, and I find that could be potentially deceptive.
