Bathroom Cabinet Staple
I love these. I swear by my method: 1 boric acid suppository for 1-3 nights, (clears bad but unfortunately also good bacteria) then the very next night one of these for 1-2 nights to add back all the good bacteria. Also great for after you period and after night activities to restore PH balance before it gets too out of whack. Does the trick every time. Don’t work for UTI’s or any other infection (please see a Dr.) but GREAT for when you’re just a little off and don’t want to spiral to a real yeast infection/BV. One of the best repeat purchases for me. Can’t recommend enough.

Throw out your boric acid
This stuff is incredible. I used boric acid for YEARS to keep my pH low until I found out it was actually raising it. Our pH is supposed to sit between 3.5-4.5 and boric acid has a pH of 5.1. Boquet suppositories keep my pH around 4.0, and feed my good bacteria which is something boric acid cannot do. I highly recommend throwing out your boric acid and using this instead. I use half of one once or twice a week for maintenance.

I am amazed!
Had a complete hysterectomy when I was 28, 51 now, have had issues with vaginal dryness and hormonal imbalance for years. I am also a diabetic and have been my entire life which can make me prone to yeast infections. It is a constant battle to feel normal. This works!! I even had a problem with eating certain foods causing problems with odor and not anymore!! No more painful sex and no more odor! This is a God send! Thank you! Noticed a difference immediately, second insert and there was no more uncomfortable dryness, and off scent. I do take hormone replacement, but that never helped completely normalize my body. This just completed the balance.

It worked for me.
I struggle with UTI's. For me antibiotics lead to yeast infections. I started using this product on Monday night and by Tuesday morning I started to feel much better. It's now, Thursday and I feel great! Thank you so much for a wonderful product that actually helped me.
