## Description

Remember when your backup plan had a backup plan? Whether we're providing your home electricity during a crisis or charging your family's cellphones at the campgrounds, WEN has been reliably lighting up lives since 1951. Now, with the WEN 14500-Watt Tri Fuel Electric Start Generator, you’ll be able to pull power from three different sources. Simply select your preferred method – gasoline, propane, or natural gas – and power on. With 14500 surge and 11500 running watts on gasoline, 12500 surge and 10300 running watts on LPG, and 10500 surge and 8750 running watts on NG, it’s durable enough for the job site and reliable enough for home emergency backup. Electric start lets you power up your generator with the turn of a key, and includes a recoil starter as backup. Our packed panel features four three-prong 120V NEMA 5-20R outlets, a 120V/240V 30A NEMA L14-30R outlet, a 120V/240V 50A NEMA 14-50R outlet, and a standard 12V DC automotive outlet. The onboard data meter digitally displays voltage, frequency, total runtime, and session runtime to help keep tabs on maintenance intervals. Run your lights, TV, refrigerator, sump pump, power tools, or other essentials with ease. The WEN Watchdog CO Shutdown Sensor helps protect both you and your family by automatically turning off the generator if dangerous levels of carbon monoxide are detected. The wheel and handle kit makes transportation easier than ever, while the included six-foot LPG hose allows for immediate connection to propane tanks. Thanks to its 240V capability, powerful 500cc engine, and included NG quick-connect adapter, this generator is the perfect portable alternative to hefty and expensive standby units (NOTE: NG hose not included / sold separately, part no. TF1450X-1431). Simply connect the NEMA L14-30R or 14-50R outlet to your transfer switch for power when and where you need it. Fill the gas tank with up to 8.2 gallons of gasoline for a half-load runtime of up to 12 hours. Compatible with the WEN 56413 Generator Cover and the WEN GNA273 Magnetic Dipstick. And because it’s a WEN product, your generator comes backed by a three-year limited warranty, a nationwide network of skilled service technicians, a stocked inventory of replacement parts, and a friendly customer helpline. Remember when you didn’t have to worry about the power going out? Remember WEN.

Review: Awesome generator for a Great price. - Assembled generator and was very easy to put together. The generator comes with all the tools that you need, even comes with a funnel and hose to fill with motor oil, (Awesome). Connected the propane to generator and started up. Running Great, with a 50% load. The generator is very easy to wheel around. Would definitely recommend this WEN generator. BTW, excellent price for this generator.
Review: Great Product At A Great Price - Bought this to replace an AI Power SAU12000 watt generator. The AI Power is a nice machine and served us well during power outages, but wanted more power and couldn't beat the price of this WEN. BTW, I plan on keeping the AI Power gennie too. I have several WEN products and LOVE THEM. The first WEN product I purchased was about 20 years go and still going strong. Delivery was easy, they brought it into the garage, I followed the set-up directions, brought it outside to its spot and it fired up effortlessly! Ran it for about a half hour, then shut it down. In the Spring, I'll put down a 4x4 concrete slab and get one of those steel enclosures. I highly recommend all WEN products. Great value. Some of these other generator manufacturers are insane with their pricing, and if you read some reviews, their customer service after the sale is non-existent. It was an easy decision. Good luck!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WEN still means quality
*by A***R on March 13, 2026*

It runs right out of the box. Literally. All you do is follow a few simple directions and you are making electricity and a lot of it. The assembly was easy. Oil comes with it at the correct volume to fill it properly. Even the battery was charged. It will be a backup generator so I haven't put many hours on it yet. If all goes as good as the initial starting and break in I will be very pleased.
