My family literally lives on this stuff. Granted the Reynolds are ridiculous and NOT ALL MEN are created equel. Some need 80,000 IU before an unexpected surgery others just a little dot will do you. It's delicious so even those stubborn children will beg you for it and improves bio circadian rhythms with ease. EVERY BODY needs more of this D3 goodness in their life as it supports so many CRITICAL biological functions and this makes it so much more effective value and use of a single dose dispenser. So far so good. I haven't noticed a negative reaction. I haven't had my blood work to see if my deficiencies have improved yet but I feel great and can get through my work day still feeling very good towards the end of my shift. Thumbs up 👍

I love the taste

I'm celiac and cannot have any grains and too many supplements on here contain citric acid and get me sick, however this brand which i have ordered 3x now, doesn't. It works amazingly quick and I have noticed myself feeling better within hours of taking this brand with the minimum amount of IU my condition requires. I know after having a bad gut that I will always need vit d and because my diet is restricted from grains and this is now on subscribe and save every two months. In the beginning it was every 3 weeks due to the severe lack of vitamin D in my system. It only took 2 months to get to a maintenance phase as I was taking it 4X a day for the first 21 days, then afterwards 2x until now which is only 1x a day. I totally trust it and the bonus is that it is organic as well as being grain a/k/a true gluten free.

This product has a good amount of vitamin D3 & K2 to help absorption. It’s good for energy & immunity, and the taste is fresh citrus .

Subtle flavor, hope to see a difference in my bloodwork within 6 months.
