I just started taking these so all I can really comment on are the taste lol. These are delicious. I got them 50% off but even at full price for a 90 day supply, definitely worth it.Kinda wish they weren't individually wrapped but I also live in Florida and I do have vitamins melt even at room temp sometimes. So if it's to prevent that, I get it lol.Already taking some fish oil but this is a nice addition to the Omega 3 in that.I'm hoping adding some vitamins will help with muscle gain and retention as I lose weight while also doing weight lifting. I'm doing low carb so these being sugar free is a huge plus!I'm also taking a B complex for energy and magnesium for muscle recovery and sleep.Wish me luck!
