Easily replace your Parallel port CNC controller - Great documentation!
Recived the CNC TB6600 Stepper Motor Driver Board and MACH3 USB 4 Axis controller to replace a Parallel port china version.After adjusting the operating stepping current level from 2amps down to 1.5 and adding a very simple small 12volt PC fan on the heat sink, everything ran SMOOOOTH!!!Using NEMA 23 steppers, at 2amps, the heat-sink got a little warm. Adjusting to 1.5 amps significantly reduced the heat load. Adding the fan is just an extra precaution for longer operation.Very good support documentation from the link provided under this purchase. All MACH3 settings included in the documentation provided quick setup.For the price, this is a nice compact All-in-One package.Use a 24 15amp or 48 volt (7-10) amp power supply to ensure you can accommodate any CNC power. configuration.Now I have to find a Spindle controller and i'm all set!I am VERY satisfied with the ease of setup and MACH3 integration!

Unsure what is causing a abrupt braking “knock”
Controller/driver creates a hard "braking" knock following an axis move on all 4 axis. Have double checked all Mach3 settings and cannot figure all discrepancies. Not happy right now. It is not a replacement for my other controller driver setup. Help!

i recived this item and it is defective
i never checked the controler till today ,x axes is defective, i cant return it, past the dateline.checked motor output only 3 axes check 22v.
