They are salted, and a good amount that it enhances the flavor. This is not a "lightly salted" type of popcorn. The coconut oil is delicious, and I like the amount used. You can taste it, and it gives the popcorn a distinct flavor. I love the light fat feel as I find it satiating, and am surprised it is only 60 calories per cup! This has become my go to snack and keeps me full between meals and doesn't encourage other cravings for sweetness or starch. I bought the 3 pack on a whim and am so happy I did!
