Question 1

Question 1: I don’t want to use the pad or add extra adhesive inside my car. When can I skip it?

Accepted Answer

Dear, if the surface feels smooth to your hand—similar to glass or a screen—you can mount the holder directly. If you feel texture, bumps, or unevenness, we recommend using the pad for a more secure and stable hold.

Question 2

Question 2: Why does the mount make a sound from time to time after installation? It can be a bit annoying.

Accepted Answer

Dear, the sound means the mount is actively reinforcing its vacuum. Temperature changes can affect air pressure, so the system adjusts to keep it secure. If the sound continues, the surface may not be suitable—please move it to a smoother surface.

Question 3

Question 3: I received the mount, but it doesn’t seem to hold my phone. Is the magnetic strength too weak?

Accepted Answer

Dear, the holder uses 24 N55 magnets, which should work with phones or cases that support magnetic attachment. iPhone 12–17 attach directly. iPhone 11 and earlier, as well as Android phones, need a MagSafe case or the included magnetic ring to use.

Question 4

Question 4: How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Accepted Answer

Dear, in lab testing, one full charge typically lasts about a month and takes around 1 hour to recharge. Actual battery life may vary with surface type and temperature, so we recommend using it on flat, smooth surfaces for longer standby time.

Question 5

Question 5: Why doesn’t this charge my phone? Is it a wireless charger?

Accepted Answer

Dear, this product is an electric suction phone mount, not a wireless charger. The power is used to drive the suction system, not to charge phones. We’re sorry for any confusion and appreciate your feedback—we’ll work to improve our listing message.
