These really do work! As an anxious nail picker - nails, surrounding skin and especially picking/peeling off gels :( causing sore, damaged skin and nails and the embarrassment of collecting a pile of your picked off gel nails on my desk :/ These are AMAZING!!! They really do prevent you from picking. I have worn one of these at my desk at home, in the office, work meetings and well as out and about shopping, in the cinema etc. All the places where the tendency to pick/fidget arises, and they have really helped me. They also act as a discrete reminder to not pick subconsciously. An additional benefit is that they definitely help you remain present and focused. I now have one with me at all times so I always have one when I feel the urge to pick. I have tried so many fidget options such as spinning rings etc, and this is the only thing that has helped. And so affordable at the same time, especially for a pack of 10! They are also very good quality and I feel they will last a long time. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a discrete fidget to help with nail/skin picking/anxious fidgeting!

They’re good to use in work as they’re compact but if excessively used they will break apart.

These are great, I have tried a lot of fidget toys and these are the best I've found. They are useful for stopping you from biting fingernails or skin on fingers, hair twirling or scab/skin picking. Good for anxiety too.

Excellent product. I bought the 10-pack as I live in a household of chronic finger-pickers and fidgeters, so wanted something affordable and effective that wouldn't break the bank when the kids inevitably lose them! These arrived promptly and I'm really impressed with the quality for the price. They also sit nice and tightly on the finger or thumb without being uncomfortable.

I use these regularly to ease anxiety & to help me focus, especially on Teams calls. I keep them in a small bowl so they're always in reach. Also in my bag or backpack when travelling for work / pleasure.

子ども用に買いましたが自分も使っています。サイズが自分には小さいので引っ張って伸ばして使っています。伸ばしすぎると留めている部分が外れますがなんとか戻せました。使ったあとは指が鉄の香りになります。

I love these things! I first saw one in my therapist's office and decided to buy a pack. I have anxiety and ADHD and I'm always fidgeting. They're small and easy to keep in a purse or pocket and they hold up well if you don't pull hard on them and stretch them out. The texture is nice. They're kind of bumpy feeling, but not sharp at all. Definitely a convenient little fidget toy. The only drawback I've noticed at all is if you use one until the coating/paint starts coming off, then it makes your hands smell like coins.
