This jetpack is either refurbished or terrible. The words run i to each other. I can't get more than 2 bars and it turns off on its own every 30 minutes even with a full charge. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you need consistent portable wifi. It also over heats and stops working because it says it's too hot. I am definitely going to return it for a refund. I am upset that I paid $80 for prepaid data card that now I can't use because this thing doesn't even work right. Waste of time and money.

After less than a month's use, the battery has begun heating so much that the Jetpack displays a "Too hot" message and the unit will not charge.

I was a little nervous because I thought it was a scam. I was proved wrong. I am actually able to connect my work laptop (on remote days) and works just fantastic. If you have a Verizon Account, it was a breeze to set it up and add. Just be patient to go through all the prompts and adding info. Definitely worth your money!

If I could give this a zero star rating I would. There was no indication of what the wifi network was named or its password anywhere on thepackaging nor anywhere else on or in the device. Verizon support suggested powering up the device to get both, however the device refused to stay powered on and now I have an expensive plastic and lithium paperweight with verizon branding on it.

You better keep up with the original charger and cord because it does not charge well with other chargers.
