Looking forward to the rest of the cards
I got this yesterday. Last night, my husband and I did the first question. I don't want to say what it was, but it was a great first question. We had a nice, nostalgic conversation full of warm feelings. I got roses this morning. :) I didn't go through the deck of cards because I don't want any spoilers. Judging by the first card, I have to say that a pertinent bible quote didn't bother me, even though I am not Christian. Actually, having said that, I got this because it IS put out by a Christian company. I wanted something clean, deep and meaningful. The box is very nice and the cards are high quality. I'm buying another set for a newly wed friend. Update 7-2018 We only use these cards when we are completely able to devote quality time to each other, which in our household is rare. We just took a trip alone to the mountains for a week and were able to use a lot of the cards. Without getting too personal, let me just say that the timing of some of these was perfect. One of us is facing a potential major illness. The questions really helped us open the lines of deep communication to talk and feel our way through it. I can also say that not all cards have a bible verse. A lot are just pertinent quotes. I am ever so glad that I brought the cards along. We had a really great time together. I have never felt closer as a couple. update 11-22-18 I think I started something. My daughter just recently married and I got these as a wedding gift. They absolutely LOVE them. They love them so much my other daughter bought a set for her and her partner. As an aside, our health issue has resolved. We are good to go. :)

It's a game changer!
Intriguing, riveting, encouraging and engaging. This was the most beautiful gift I bought for my union, whilst my husband and I talk about every and anything, this set of conversation starter molds and guides us to touch on topics that we wouldn't necessarily touch. It helps us to relax and brings about the most honest feelings and viewpoints and gets us to open up about each other's limitations and strengths. This is a perfect gift for new couples or even for couples who are long married to spice up the union. Kudos to whoever came up with this idea! Oh, my friend saw mine and fell in love and so, I gifted her and her husband with a pack.

Great Gift For Me and My Fiance
We are getting married in a few months and got this as a gift for my fiance and I to have some fun together knowing more about each other. I'm glad we did! They're fun questions where you can show your appreciation for one another. This is a great gift for a couple to open up to each other even if you're just starting out.

Great way to connect/reconnect with your spouse!
Bought this to help us reconnect with each other, and even though we are not religious, we still found these conversation prompts to be great! They do include some scriptures on some of the cards, but they related to the questions on the card and were insightful. We loved being able to have conversations that we otherwise wouldn't have with these prompts. Highly recommend!

Ehhhh, It's ok. Read the rest.
My husband wrote a review but I don't see it posted- maybe it wasn't verified or something but let me kind of repeat our key points. 1. It's a little "churchy" but not too much- there's a bible quote at the bottom of each card, so no biggy. 2. The questions were pretty trite and grandiose. We found only a handful that were FUN and INTERESTING to explore/answer. Expected some deeper thought questions to provoke and surprise. 3. Though it's not that expensive (well, maybe it's not that cheap)---Seemed overpriced. The quality box/packaging are good, that's where the cost came in, not the cost for consultants and therapists to research better questions. 4. I'd recommend this for newer couples, or couples that are either shy- or don't like to talk about themselves. We learned a few things, but nothing that made us think differently of eachother...I understand that's not the purpose- but deeper thought out questions might help us to kinda figure out who and why we are...

A Great Tool for Sparking Conversation
These are great cards to spark communication in your marriage. Whether reliving old memories or imagining future life together, the questions help facilitate conversation and connectedness with your spouse. Each card has a general quotation about relationships or a Bible verse at the bottom. These quotes are not intrusive as they are not the focus of any of the cards. There are 44 double-sided cards, each with a question on the front and back. These are a great gift for couples. This is an excellent tool in the toolkit for getting couples to engage with one another beyond the humdrum monotony of life.

Fun cards for happy marriages, not necessarily meant for struggling ones
These are well made cards, they arrived on time and the questions i saw/tried can help start some good conversations. With that said, they are not quite what I had hoped for or need and are likely meant more for marriages that may just want a fun or interesting way to get to know eachother better. If you are in a marriage that is truely struggling and has difficulty communicating on a basic level I wouldnt necessarily recommend these particular cards for you. Also if are not religious or you and your spouse have different religious views (like me and mine) you might want to skip these. There are bible verses on the bottom of some cards and some of the questions also are religion related, like one that asks if the two of you went on a mission trip together what form of service would you be likely to choose and such. I will likely pass these on to someone else and have ordered a different set that is more for reconnection in marriage.
