THIS IS AMAZING!!!!! i was definitely intimidated by the price of this thing but holy wow - with an 8 month old baby and a husband with a high stress job and sleep problems this has been life saving for the both of us. it relives my stress headaches like nothing else and i haven’t seen my husband sleep as well as he has been in a long time. it fits well on both of us even though we definitely have different sized heads and the battery life is more than reasonable. I think this is going to be well worth the money with the comfort it will be bringing us in the future.

I was disappointed in this product. There is an annoying rattle on the left side when it vibrates. The compression works on the temple area, but not effective anywhere else. My major issue is the buckle on the strap is really uncomfortable.

I love these Therabody SmartGoggles! I mainly got them to help with headaches and they’ve actually made a difference. When my head hurts, having everything completely dark is great and the vibration/massage helps take the edge off the pain. They’re also just really relaxing in general. I usually end up feeling calmer after using them. The massage feature is definitely the best part. There are three massage/vibration settings, but I find myself sticking to one because it feels the best for me. I use these at least once a week, sometimes more. Definitely something I’d recommend if you deal with headaches or just want a way to unwind.

While the product was relaxing to use, it did not relieve headaches or increase sleep for me. I returned it after 3 weeks of use.

Looked up few and since i had the therabody hot/cold therapy thing that wotked great i webt with them. It seems to help, bought to try when had a full week that couldn't sleep at all, mind wouldn't shut down or something. I did that once in school 7 days no sleep just for fun or science idk and its not like the movies or TV, you don't go crazy or hallucinate. Never had this problem though and normally go right to bed. So after 4-5 days just laying there unable to sleep i was desperate, found this to try. It did help then and now only really use once in good while. The pressure on some of or mainly the forehead could be a lot stronger. The other areas are strong and feel good but after used few times seems less and less or maybe just as battery dies gets less so charge accordingly if your having a bad week, but didnt pay attention that well on that. I havnt used the app. All can say is still works for those times need it. Is comfortable and if pressure felt light i tightened back. Sometimes used for 2x the 15min or once or less, once notice the pressure is putting me to sleep i take off and go beddy bye. 4stars only cause if they made the forehead part a lot stronger it would fell amazing there and work faster.

I had to buy it to believe it! I’ve given my first try after having eye strain and headache. 15 minutes later I couldn’t believe it, but the massage around the eyes felt like a real person doing it for me! It exceeded my expectations

For the price this is not a good buy. You can get the same thing for 50 dollars. I bought this to replace the hard shelled larger model I have had for a few years figuring it would be more comfortable and black out light better, but not really. The form doesn’t fit right and as it tightens and releases you are going to get light bleed through despite its advertisement that you won’t, as the cushions are not thick enough. Admittedly I must have a big head in their world (other brands have been fine) as I also had to loosen the strap as much as I possibly could just to wear it and even then it was snugger than I would have liked. Finally, it is less bulky than cheaper models but it still has a decent mass and hardness to it. This is unavoidable to a degree in order to get the heat and massaging functions, but I expected a lot more padding and efforts to make it comfortable for the whopping 3x cost compared to other brands.

I expected it to do more than massage the temple, I thought it would have massage under the eyebrows and up cheek. Vibrations are not as strong. Its still has good quality and the app is good, but its just an expectation for the price, i thought it could do more. Buying one for less than $100 would probably do the same
