Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups for Sever’s Disease, Green, 1 Pair, Small

I have had bad right heel pain, I mean really bad and I have bought so many foot inserts from here and my local store ..I went to my foot doctor and had paid good money for "foot made expensive insoles" etc ... And it really didn't give me any relief... 😢 I wanted to try these to see if it would help with the pain or at least some of the pain until my heel gets better. I have to honestly say, it has helped tremendously ... I still have pain however it's minor compared to what it was . I would say it went from 100%+ pain to about 40% pain now. I wear just the right one for now in my house shoe, my tenny shoes, etc ... It has been a true help bc now I can at least walk and it made my heel feel so much better while it heals which has taken a long time to do since I hadn't had any relief in about 8 months. I am going to buy more of these so I can just leave them in my other shoes. If you don't buy these, you're missing out on pain relief. They are sturdy and I didn't think they would fit my heel bc it's swollen and large to begin with but... They fit great and they haven't broken down and you won't regret buying them. Truly amazing! Our 7 yo injured his ankle from soccer in March 2025. We did everything we could think of to help it heal and eventually sought a Pediatric Ortho Dr. We followed his instructions he gave us and he wore the brace they provided. The brace became like a crutch so we stopped wearing it after several months. Well, it started to hurt again and we ended up back at urgent care with more X-rays. After another follow up to the Ortho came more brace wearing and a fed up husband who consulted AI. It recommended this product (size small) and it has been the biggest help yet! Our son has stopped complaining of pain and actually said it doesn’t hurt like it has for the past 9.5 months! I tried them and didn’t realize how much I needed a pair too. I truly think it might help my back pain also so I ordered another pair for me. The cushioning is perfect and they stay in your shoes. Skip the dr scholl’s from Walmart - these are wonderful!

Very helpful and supportive for my ankles, it helped ease the pain and helped with not straining my ankles. This is awesome for people with pain in ankles and helps relive it.

UPDATE: they healed my stubborn heel pressure ulcers. I tried a lot of things and really offloaded (elevated with my heels floating off the pillow) whenever I could but I still had to walk around and every time I did it would aggravate them. These provide real pressure relief. As a wound care nurse myself, I would recommend these to anyone with heel pain. I am a grown adult who wears size 7.5 shoes. Even though they say they are for kids they fit fine. (I got the teen size) As a matter of fact they are a tad wide but I do have a narrow foot. Due to a severely pinched nerve in my back I stayed in bed for 3 weeks and developed pressure ulcers on both heels. I didn’t even feel them or know it was happening becasue I was in so much pain with my back. They were deep tissue injuries with no wound on the outer skin. They were mushy and red and super painful. I just couldn’t get them to heal and some days they hurt SO BAD. They aren’t healed yet but even the first day I wore them I noticed a significant difference. They would easily fit in house shoes but they also fit in my work shoes too. If I don’t want to wear shoes around the house I put them in the inside of socks so I can still have some pressure relief. They feel a little bit weird (I am aware of them when I walk) but work better than others. They also make my heels a little sweaty but they are washable so it’s a small price to pay for heel pain relief. I will continue to use them until I heal completely and may even buy more for when I get back to hiking. I recommend these for heel pain relief.

I am newly diagnosed with Haglunds Deformity and the bone spur causes a great deal of discomfort. Wearing shoes is a challenge. I ordered the heel cups and was disappointed in their basic construction. While the bottom grid padding is comfortable, the back of the cup is flimsy and folds over easily, exposing the bone spur to the back of my shoe. I was going to give up on them, but I purchased heel grips and attached them to the loose back of the cup and voila! Instant relief and i am able to walk without aggravating the deformity. During summer, wearing open backed sandals and flip flops is great, but I knew I needed to figure out how to wear real shoes once the season ends and this was a great solution.

My right heel (Achilles issues) gets sore after about 80 minutes of tennis. If I play for two hours or more, I have heel pain for the extra time beyond 80 minutes. Now with these in my shoes, I can play for about four hours before my heel starts to hurt. The insert stays well in my shoes, better than expected

J'ai acheté ces talonnettes pour mon fils qui souffre du syndrome de Sever. Malheureusement, elles ne nous ont pas convaincus. Le gel ne reste pas bien en place dans la chaussure et les talonnettes ont tendance à bouger pendant la marche. Nous les avons utilisées pendant une quinzaine de jours, mais sans réel bénéfice. Dommage, car le principe semblait intéressant.

Uso una sola plantilla para "alzar" mi pierna izquierda, pero hay que tener cuidado en que tipo de calzado se usa, ya que puede lastimarte al doblarse la parte superior, por lo demás me ayuda a no tener que extender mi pierna y caminar de manera natural sin tener molestias dolorosas
