Good customer support

I was able to trouble shoot with customer support and we were able to reach a solution. Original review below. This item arrived fine in undamaged packaging, however the item did not turn on nor charge after verified correct use of the power button, charging cable, charging block, and power outlet.

This is the second one that has stopped working after an hour. Seller issued full refund and offered free replacement. Given that two failed to work, we'll decline but appreciated the offer.
