Very very very useful tool for parasitic draw with today’s vehicles. Have been able to quickly diagnose multiple vehicles including fully electric!

Another amazing tool from power probe! I make it a habit of keeping this in the car. Has saved me multiple times, east to use and on the money.

So i bought these for parasitic drain. They do what they are supposed to but some cons. The leads are fixed to where when you connect them to the fuse they have to be at perfect angle for both to touch. Another Con is the light on the far end opposite to the tips that say Open -Active or Inactive. They should have put that in front. When you are doing this inside the cabin where it's uncomfortable you have 2 obstacles. One is holding it to the fuse at perfect angle and the other is seeing if its active inactive . You don't know if you are getting a good connection if you can't see these. They flip from open to active inactive that you don't know if you are touching the fuse properly or what. Third Con is the screen light. It's super dim. Hard time seeing it is checking engine bay fuses but its fine inside the cabin where it's darker. Fixing this would be putting a spring on the tops for self adjusting, a front open , active, inactive light, and brighter screen light. I would give it a 6.5 of a 10 because even though it does what it supposed to, you have to struggle to make proper contact. My cabin fuses had a spring loaded access door so one hand to keep it open and the other to angle the contact points and adjust to touch while at the same time shoving my head so far close to the console to see the inactive active open light so im scrunched up in kneck twisted hands extended. Just issues in the cabin fuses while engine fuses was the dim screen light.

This is an excellent tool and saves me a lot of time.

My first purchase of the PP fuse monitor arrived DOA. I received a replasement that shipped immediately. I mailed back the defective one. It works good, making tests on parasitic draws on battery.
