Is it outside all in stainless still ?

The machine is about 80% stainless steel and the rest silver coloured plastic.

Why does espresso come out fast and weak despite hard tamping and using a very fine grind? Also, why is the puck is usually wet and soupy?

Former barista here and have a good grinder and tamper etc. the machine isn’t a retail machine so it appears a lot of trial and error. If it comes out too fast it’s too course. If it’s watery it’s too fine. I have to play with it more myself (the grind.)

Why buy this model vs the BAR 155 or 32?

This was terribly complicated to use. You HAD to have the correct cup, which is very, small and nothing I wanted to fool with. Eventually I decided to look for a frother alone to heat milk & make my normal coffee. I LOVE THIS FROTHER. THE NAME IS "Capresso". You can buy at Bed Bath and Beyond or Amazon. Works great!
