This is a great lightweight electric chair, easy to collapse and fits in the back of a small SUV. Zero turn is the best, my 83 year old disabled Mother in law uses with ease. Had an issue with the joystick 5 months after purchase, Customer Service is great, responds within 24 hours, and fixed the problem

this item looks good but after charging battery and putting chair together.I had high hopes to get a good ride. but the controller does not work properly. I had high hopes that I would be the one to tell the chair what to do and the controller doesnot work properly, only sone times it will do what the little handle on the controll box and my hand tells it to do, there is a big problem with the controller ,it only works part time bad unit out of the box. will now find out ifter they do after the sale make good.

Good chair worked well for 3 hour trip through ww2 museum. Battery works loose, but only over rough pavement.

I love my chair but the battery doesn't stay charged long. I tried to get another battery. But I had no luck reaching out to the company.

This is not what I expected at all! First of all, before I purchased this chair, it had ONLY 5 star reviews which made the rating a 5. After receiving it, the rating is now 3.8 and quite so. The instructions are terrible! All over the place! I have see comments that it does not fold as easy as they say and it’s so true. The picture shoyou how to close it but it fails to mention you have to release the locking mechanism. Also, the foot rest is un adjustable. So if the disabled person cannot lift their legs, this will not work. This does not seem to be for a handicapped person but rather for someone who cannot stand or walk for long. Very disappointed! I think they play with the price and reviews.

As is, wheelchair is useless without a way to recharge battery. I have tried to file a complaint, with no response.

This Electric Chair is a hot MESS .. the set up was easy and that’s about the only good thing that came out of this chair. It’s horrible and I do mean horrible going up and down hills are horrible … if you’re trying to go up a hill or down the hill, it curves to the left or the right… I had to have assistance.. It was about two strong men that assisted me going up the hill… just to give you an idea of how stubborn this chair can be .. 2 strong men!! . ANOTHER THING !! the chair moves by itself from time to time.. OHHH LET ME SAY ONE MORE THING .. one day when I was using the electric chair, the chair decided to fold on its own and totally threw me on the hot ground.. I was so embarrassed .. and that was the last straw for me.. I do not trust this chair and I don’t recommend anyone purchasing this
