I clench my teeth and will eventually get something from the dentist but for the time being, this is a great alternative so I don't break the roots of my teeth.

This has really helped reduce my jaw pain , my tongue pain, and my first-thing-in-the-morning headaches. I seem to usually remove it sometime in the middle of the night, while still basically asleep but it still helps. It's the most comfortable mouth guard I've had... even a custom guard caused me to gag.

If you grind your teeth or snore, these are fantastic! I love that they are disposable. You don't have to worry about soaking your mouth guards anymore! I noticed. It also helps with my snoring.

Been getting this for years and it does the trick! I have found other guards to build up a film in my mouth, but this one does not. It fits great (especially since I have a small mouth). I find I can wear them for a week and then onto the next, which make the cost reasonable over a year.

These don't stay in at all. So I wake up in the morning with these on my pillow and sore teeth because I grind them (which is what I was hoping these would help with).

I favor these drastically over the in-store, form in hot water kinds of grind-guards. These are small, flexible and briefly reusable for three days. Very happy with these!

These are great for my preteen son because they are small but they haven't been lasting three uses. Pretty much a one time deal for him.
