Im not going to lie I ordered this book because I am a big Sex in the City fan!! If you are looking for a book that you can read a few pages then put it down… this is the book! The letters are short and sweet. I found it interesting to read how historical men penned love letters to their ladies!!! Definitely a lost art in this day and age! If you are a hopeless romantic or just enjoy a quick read I highly recommend this book!

This is a collection of some of the sweetest, most romantic letters ever written. I gave this book, along with my own love letter, to my girlfriend and she loved it. Great choice and a very interesting read.

I bought it when you have writer's block on writing to your significant other. You will refer to it more than you would like to admit.

I have read reviews of this book where people complained that the letters featured were not "romantic" enough. If however, you read the preface of the book the author is clear that the letters were chosen for the depth of feeling they convey and not always romantic love. I enjoyed the book very much and keep it as a coffee table book in my home.

I bought this as a gift for my fiance for Valentine's Day and was really jealous. I kept thinking of other things I maybe could give him because this book was so great. I was perusing my bookshelf looking for something and what do you know? I did own it! I had bought it many years before and it had gotten tucked back into the corner! I knew I liked it!

This is amazing, I have come to view some public figures a lot differently due to some of their amazing letters. Very informative and greatly written.

This book was delivered promptly and, actually, before the seller told me it would arrive. All in all, a great experience ordering from them. I'd highly recommend them. As for the book itself, my wife really enjoyed it (it was part of a first anniversary present), particularly because it includes some non-traditional love letters.

I wouldn't exactly call most of these love letters. Interesting but not love letters.
