I am loving this toothbrush, there are a few settings though I prefer just the first one. It came with a good amount of changeable heads which is great. I like that it came with a stand to hold it and it stands up nicely which keeps anything from touching the toothbrush.My only complaint is the toothbrush head doesnt always sit the best, it moves and feels like its going to fall out.

Best Bang For Your Buck
I have had electric toothbrushes before but none like this! It feels like you're actually at the dentist. It came fully charged and comes with a case and charger cord. The different settings change the vibration pattern, it even comes with a holder you can mount I just haven't done that yet. I couldnt believe how many replacement heads it came with, especially for the price. I won't need to buy another toothbrush or replacement head for over a year. I cant recommend this enough.
