Easy to use software.

I am a complete novice, but savy enough to hold my own. While the features are great and I found them impressive when they worked, there were so many glitches that it simply didn't live up to expectations. In all fairness, I only did the online subscription for $18 a month, and have already canceled it. However, if it is identical, and I suspect it is, even basic features were cumbersome and unreliable. Here's my laundry list of issues I had, and this was running on an i7 processor with 16gb ram and a dedicated video card1-copying and pasting of frames. Sometimes it would, and sometimes it wouldn't. Really hit or miss. After pasting a frame within my project,It would automatically jump tip the end. Maybe this was a setting issue, but if it was, why was that the default? Why such a basic function would be so poor is beside me.2-dslr camera operation. Camera controls were very limited. I was unable to makezoom or focus changes through the software for my Canon ti6. Maybe you can, maybe you can't, but I sure couldn't findany help through the company's website or other sources on the web.3-website support and navigation. At least on mobile device, forget trying to navigate resources in their website. Only half or so of the links actually worked correctly. In hind sight,I probably should have regarded this as an omen.4-Software crashes. If my Camera automatically turned off, the program crashed... every time.5-Audio UI and cpabilities. I am a professional musician and I am very comfortable with audio software, and audio is not a feature of which developers should be proud. You are limited to rwo tracks, well, that is twice as much as one, but half of what you would really need.As for controls, you can turn the entire track volume up our down, and you can trim and move audio regions, and that's it. Plan to do audio in other software.There are some really great features, but even at capturing images, the images strong point, I found this disappointing. Glad I am only out $18. Going to look at dragonframe's free trial.

Don't buy this. Buy dragon frame instead. Dragon frame costs more but its worth it. This software is cheap,slow, and riddled with bugs. Exporting your animations after you import frames from another source is almost impossible. Save yourself the frustration and DON'T BUY THIS.

I can't cancel the $18 subscription to this product. I can't find anything online and their website does not list cancellation instructions. It is an okay product, however. I just kind find a way to cancel the subscription.

Be aware that this version is not compatible with Dale cameras contrary to the,description given.It will only work with web cams and as such wasn't what we were after.
