Helped in reducing sweating from other meds. Does not stop sweating but does help reduce it. Recommend as an over the counter product if you can't afford prescription meds.

Picture this ladies....you are in a meeting at work presenting to a group of ten or more people and all of a sudden, sweat is pouring from the top of your head down past your chin. Your makeup is running and now you are frantically searching for tissue. This was me (flashing morning, noon, and night) BEFORE trying this product. I noticed a slight difference just one day after taking it, and then my flashes/sweating just got better and better each passing day. Please, please, please if you are carrying around two mini fans in your purse like I was, and sweating to the point that's it's negatively impacting your self-esteem, give this product a try. It has truly been answered prayer for me.

I took these during perimenopause. Doc had put me on HRT but I thought as the only symptom I was having was hot flashes and night sweats, I hated the idea of flooding my body with hormones. So I got this brand of black cohosh and it immediately did the trick. No more flashes or sweats! And i got off the HRT! It doesn't work for everyone though. I was lucky. And so glad I tried this.

Black Cohosh was recommended to me by my Mom for my menopausal symptoms as she had amazing results when she went through it. Unfortunately, I'm not experiencing any relief.
