Why did you choose this product over others?:I liked the look of it because it wasn't a 'wrap around' your neck like most others. Comfort:It's lovely and soft but supportive and the 'rests' on either side are just the right size.Quality:It's very well made with lovely material.

For £32 I expected more as you can see from pictures it’s flat,I left pillow like recommended for 48 hours not happy at all, the grips on the back do nothing it just keeps slipping down rubbish please don’t waste your money

Using on a rise and recliner chair to support my wife's head when she falls asleep. Quality and comfort are good, so far.

As another reviewer pointed out, it looks nothing like the pictures on Amazon, with no support for the side pads. The backing material is too slippery, making it difficult to position on the chair and immediately slides back down the moment you get up. However having gone to a lot of trouble fiddling around I have managed to keep it in position while I am sleeping at night and it is soft and comfortable

Would be better if the side flaps were firmer. But good quality

Comes shrink wrapped so needs a little time to regain it's full shape, it is comfy, only downside is it could do with a removable cover for easy cleaning.

No support! Was not like pictures or description! Does not support head as it’s flat!
