Faulty Product with no support from Kent
Completely disappointed. Faulty product. 3 times technician visited but couldn’t resolve. It shows UV failure and the tank is overflowing. We are without drinking water for past 3 days. Kent brand is not taking responsibility as they say I purchased from Amazon. Amazon is not providing a replacement option. Totally frustrated
