We used these kiosks for an interactive game in our tradeshow booth and it was a great success. We used the touchscreen version of the kiosk for the game. We had so many attendees ask about the kiosks, interested in purchasing them for their own use. Since the kiosks are Android and came with the Chrome app already installed, it was a very easy set up for us to set up the game and any visual assets. The kiosks are solidly built and have a high-quality appearance. The customer service was fantastic. I had a couple questions before and after purchase and they responded very quickly with the exact information needed. If you are looking for digital kiosks like this. This company is absolutely amazing to work with. I purchased three LED displays from them, and they provided excellent support and guidance throughout the setup process for each one. Although one of the displays arrived damaged due to shipping, their customer service was incredibly responsive and immediately sent a replacement. The new display arrived quickly, and I had no issues getting it set up. All of the displays are high quality, easy to use, and connect seamlessly to your phone. Screen looks great and Everything works very flexible for additional Hardware in the hardware shelf inside the bottom cabinet which allows you to add different controllers that are network controlled or otherwise definitely noticed the tech support has been very helpful. I know I had one scenario where the software needed an update and tech-support quickly responded and sent the update file for the exact product I needed and it worked great even got some extra upgraded features and the process definitely recommend and quality and build is excellent. Love the full glass face and touchscreen works good for what we need it. Will buy more

I purchased the YCKJNB 49-Inch Digital Signage Touchscreen Kiosk. Let me start by saying the packaging is impressive. You'll receive the screen in a triple-layered cardboard box that is double-boxed. They also include a sheet of plastic that is designed to provide an additional layer of protection to the screen. The build quality seems excellent. I would like to see adjustable feet included for installations where you don't need the casters and you're on an uneven floor. I sold hundreds of units like this style from my digital signage business for the last 15 years and I find this brand to be the best and at a great price. All backed by a 3 year warranty. The communication from the company has been very responsive. If you're going to use an external media player like I did, you can skip the Google setup. Simply plug in your media player and change your input to HDMI and you're up and running in minutes! Love that the software doesn't require you to sign in with a Google account. You will need to sign in if you are downloading an APK from the Google Play Store. Also having the electrical receptacle inside near the external media player is a huge plus eliminating the need to run another corder out the bottom of the sign. The 2K screen is vivid and crystal clear, even with all the natural light we have coming in. The touchscreen is very responsive. Also, the slim, modern design is much different than the usual iPhone-looking screens on the market. The Android OS makes everything so simple to manage, and with WiFi, HDMI, and USB options, updating our content is a breeze. The timer feature for automatic on/off is easy to set. The customer service has been excellent, answering any questions right away. I highly recommend this!

I ordered this kiosk for public-facing, interactive demos at conventions and was able to easily assemble and set it up within minutes. The kiosk’s Android interface is akin to your typical Android smartphone and the included remote can help you navigate (should the Android touchscreen navigation not be to your liking). The screen itself has a great view angle range and the included speakers do their job adequately (you’re not going to get home-theatre sound quality but these speakers can be loud enough to be heard in public settings). I was having some issues trying to find specific drivers for the kiosk’s monitor on my Windows 10-based PC that I had hooked up to it via the HDMI port (for more horsepower than the included hardware) and sent an email to the vendor to request information. Within minutes, I received an email and was given the answers I needed to get the touchscreen functionality up and running for my PC (TIP: You’ll need to plug one of the USB cables from the internal compartment into you PC). I was able to get the PC to function perfectly with the kiosk and its touchscreen quickly after that. If you are seeking a touchscreen presentation kiosk with excellent viewing angles and rapid support, I highly recommend this product and vendor.

Funktioniert sehr gut, allerdings ist für die Verwendung mit dem USB-Stick ein Laptop erforderlich um die Dateien in den Ordner zu dublizieren. Sehr gute Auflösung, touch funktioniert, Fernbedienung hat etwas Schwierigkeiten (reagiert manchmal nicht) aber geht auch. Alles in allem top Produkt, würde es wieder kaufen. Kam sehr gut verpackt und schnell geliefert.

The product arrive faulty and not visible through window and only half of screen can be used. After 1 year we got dark shadow in middle of screen make the screen not usable at all
