I’ve come to trust Anthony’s as a staple brand in my kitchen. Their oat flour is excellent quality, with a smooth texture that blends easily and bakes perfectly every time. I use it often for protein pancakes and muffins, and it always gives a light, consistent result. The large bags are a great value, and I love that it’s organic. I’m not celiac, but I do need to avoid gluten for other reasons—this oat flour hasn’t caused any symptoms or headaches like other gluten products sometimes do. It has a clean, natural oat smell (not strong or artificial) and has become one of my most reliable baking staples.

This flour has the perfect grind for all my recipes. It tastes good, mixes well and makes great muffins and high fiber pancakes. I will be reordering this again.

The seal on the package couldn't be closed. Flour works fine for making oat bread.

Love this gluten free oat flour! Use it all the time to make brownies and cookies. Do recommend after your measure that you sift it. Helps with the graininess of oat flour.
