This is my review of RICO RICO Dried Chile Peppers Rico Rico has a variety of peppers to choose from. This particular set is known as the holy trinity of peppers (Ancho, Guajillo, & Pasilla). I find these peppers to be of good quality, and have wonderful flavors that compliment my South-of-the-Border recipes. These chiles are not artificially dried, but use nothing but sunlight, and that helps to preserve their deep earthy flavors, plus no chemicals are used. As long as Rico Rico continues their tradition of quality peppers, I will continue to purchase them.

Very fresh and packaged well

These are so much better than anything I can find in my local grocery store. They are still pliable, not brittle like the others. My only complaint is when they run out!

These are the BEST!! I utilized them all winter in my soups & they made them ABSOLUTELY delicious!! Now thats it's spring, I boil them, scrape the insides out and incorporate the "meat" into my salsa and OMG.....it's so delicious. Im out and placing my order again. There's nothing like these peppers. I love them and will always be a repeat customer!! If you have not tried them, please do! You won't be disappointed! And if I recall....this might be only the 2nd review Ive ever done in my life!!! And Ive loved many things- but this product, I CANNOT be without!!
