Review: Proper heavy-duty poles that actually hold up in the wind! - I bought these AVOFOREST telescoping poles to replace a cheap, flimsy set that kept bowing under tension, and the difference is night and day. If you’re tired of dealing with poles that slip or bend the second a breeze picks up, these are well worth the money. Solid as a rock: They are quite thick (32mm) and made of proper aviation aluminum. I used them for a big 4x4m canopy porch, pulled the guy lines really tight, and they didn’t flex at all. They don't slip: The double-lock mechanism is great. I left my awning up during a really windy weekend and the poles didn't budge a single millimetre. They pack down to a sensible size and come with a decent carry bag so they aren't rattling around in the boot of the car. They’re absolutely perfect for car camping, campervans, or a garden sun sail, but you definitely wouldn't want to carry them in a backpack for a long hike. Overall, I’m really impressed. They are super adjustable, completely reliable, and feel like they will last for years. Highly recommended if you want a hassle-free setup!
Review: Very decent and strong product - if you live in the UK the summer has been very hot , i wanted some extra shade for our cats and us to sit out of the sun ,we don't have much shade in the garden so made up very cheaply a shade ,brought a 5mx3m cheap sun sail, brought 2 fixings to screw to two posts or building preferably a shed etc ,then i decided on these poles to hold the other ends up, i tried with cheaper poles but didn't work, these are the best for the money i found and they don't slip ,go to 3m height and with two guy ropes secured it done the job, these are well made easy to use and come with a cap that stops the sail shackles from coming detached , they are so strong i reckon you could use 4 and put a small shade up and it would do the job ,a very good product and made to with stand the weather,

I bought these AVOFOREST telescoping poles to replace a cheap, flimsy set that kept bowing under tension, and the difference is night and day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good poles and accessories, some flex

Have been using these poles to hang a sun sail over the patio. The sail is large (12m2) and catches a fair amount of wind, putting a lot of pressure on the poles. The supplied guy lines and pegs are great and have held the poles in place. The poles themselves are easy to use and extend. They are showing some minor signs of bending at full extension after 2-3 weeks of use, however, this is not hugely concerning. Hopefully they will last the full summer season.
