Great replacement latch
Wasn’t an exact fit for my application but I knew that. Easy to modify to fit what I needed. Original order was missing the catch part from seadog but seller fixed the issue very fast.

Good fit, watch installation placement
As described and perfect fit for replacement latch catch.Installation Tip: carefully adjust before closing door or hatch, the old one probably moved and that is why it broke so if you reinstall in the exact position without checking you might break the new one:

Direct replacement for latch in my Key West 1720
Direct replacement for the latch on my 1996 Key West 1720. Later, they went to a steel, surface mount latch. Like the old one, this is plastic and will wear out eventually. The original lasted about 20 years, so I'll plan on replacing this one in 2042. Easy to install.
