Nifty Little Pot
This is a fine little pot. I have a Le Creuset 5qt but didn't want to spend nearly the same amount for this, so I gave it a chance. Well, it is excellent. I've used it twice on stovetop and once baking rice--it cleans beautifully and is very attractive to boot. The baked rice caused a bit of brown spattering on the inside so it let it soak overnight with Barkeeps Friend and water. Next morning a dishwashing brush removed everything and the pot looks new. Very happy with my purchase.

Adorable and useful little pot
This is perfect for small batch recipes. It is also beautiful, and I love the color. My favorite cook with this is an Italian Maiale Al latte milk braised pork chop recipe for two. Great price. You don’t need overpriced Staub or Le Creuset (which I also own). This is just as well made. I hand wash it always and I’m pretty sure this will last for generations. Proud to have this in my huge enameled cast iron collection. Aldi stores also carries a fine line of cast iron enameled cookware under the Crofton brand which is also amazing. They have a 3.5 quart brazier which is a must. I scored that for about $25 on a special not long ago.

Attractive, well made dutch oven
A beautiful dutch oven. It works perfectly to bake loaves of sourdough in. It distributes heat evenly and is easy to wash. It is heavy, though. That is something to be aware of.

Lighter than others
I have only used this Dutch oven once to make sour dough bread, but it worked well and the 3qt size is much lighter than my loaf pan. It was easy to clean and did not require pre-seasoning.

Very nice product
I am happy with the product overall. Solid, nice coating and perfect size and look for my kitchen! The cap doesn't seal very tight, so it might be challenge to cook without adding water. but this doesn't bother me.
