The laptop is virtually silent on every game I've played, though I've heard that for later releases the cooling fans turn on. The keyboard is really nice to type on & lights up if there's little light (and turns off after a while if you're watching things). I've never had any issues with too much loading or the game freezing, though when I've played multiplayer it lags just a little if the power cable isn't plugged in.Battery life is great for day-to-day things, but only lasts an hour/hour and a half when playing strenuous games. The graphics are excellent quality, able to play on most games at high or very high resolution.It's a bit heavy to play as an actual laptop sitting on your lap, but that's to be expected with the cooling fans, and it only gets cumbersome after a few hours of playing.Great price for a quality laptop!

the laptop is working well and good, I have noticed zero problems for the hardware or the software, except the referral code that should have given me the Call of Duty BO 4 which I have gone to the websites and in the end it didn't give me the game and was stated that the promotion is not available for me. other than that all the functions of the laptop work just fine. not a very cheap laptop but it works good not only for games but for softwares such as solidworks and autoCAD. the backlit keyboard works really well at night.

It is very decent laptop for the price you pay also it plays the latest games with no issues. Pretty happy with it!!!

So, the PC arrived 10 days after I bought it (I am from Portugal). Everything according to the advertisement, and it is indeed a good pc for gaming (although it easily overheats). I like this design a lot, because I am not a big fan of all those gaming designs with 5 different colours and constantly flashing lights. The battery lasts for 3-4 hours when watching twitch or youtube videos.The real problem, hence this rating, is that this PC allegedly comes with a promotional code for COD: Black Ops 4. I said "alledgedly" because I haven't received it yet. I contacted Amazon support and they gave me a promotional code that doesn't work. Then they told me to contact dell support but my country's support can't do anything about it. Be careful, it can happen to you too

While this laptop packs a punch at a great price, it leaves a lot to be desired, with no way to output to more than 60hz you are almost forced to use the built in panel, Here lies the issues. The panel just isn't bright enough. The panel has a bad bleeding problem. The panel attracts dust. Bit of a let down.The keyboard is amazing. Best laptop keyboard i've typed on, hands down. It just feels right. However, within a week of use my escape key fell off - the butterfly switch had broke so i had to buy a new one online, quite annoying. The battery life is enough, but don't expect to do any heavy lifting without plugging in. This laptop slows to a CRAWL when not plugged in. It's absurd really - you can't get anything done.overall a solid 7/10, It's biggest hindrances are the monitor and battery, other than that a solid choice.

As much as I loved this laptop I feel like Dell lack some quality control. The laptop is perfect apart from a few issues, the laptop didn't perform well when not on charge regardless of power settings. The second that the performance dropped dramatically at the end of the day after usage. By all means buy this laptop but expect there to be some issues with it. I ended up returning mine. It would be a perfect gaming notebook but i won't give 5 * because it is running with an average 55C° CPU temp when idling and 80-90 during gaming with games with low system requirements what is a bit ridiculous.
