I think it's working! I think my nose might be getting narrower. It took a short while for me to get used to peeling off the stickers (there is a tiny white piece at the end to peel off and two longer ones at the top to peel off starting from the centre). You should try not to put it too high on your nostrils because it can affect the way you breathe. It does stretch a little. You don't feel it on you that much so remember to peel it off in the morning.
