I have been using this stuff for 3 months and wanted to give it time before I could post a review. If you are like me and need to know if it’s just a placebo or not, this is your sign that it works. So damn. Well! Now I am not a fan of the flavors. I tried coconut and raspberry. Not great. BUT THE STRAWBERRY AND CREAM?! So good. Amazing. Could drink it easily. If you want a flavor that is sweet and tastes like a dessert? That one. The benefits are actually impressive. I had so much more energy after a week of drinking nightly before bed. I was not craving sweets. Didn’t even care to have them when offered. That’s huge because I LOVE sweets. Like addiction type. But they vanished. But it also decreased my appetite significantly. Like…I eat breakfast and I’m full whole day kind. So you actually have to remind yourself to eat. Now, when I do eat, I am full so fast. I eat half of what I usually did and have to stop. So it is so good for that. I sleep a lot better now too. Maybe not exactly that. But I am well rested with less hours of sleep. The TikTok hype was worth it for sure. The only cons I have are some flavors aren’t the best. But the strawberry and cream one is heaven. And the mixability is annoying. Definitely consider getting a shaker bottle? I still need one. The texture is pretty much just like a Sobe water. So really nice. I have bad joints and it did actually help the pain in them too. Basically. Buy it. You’re doing yourself a favor.

So when I first opened the container, I did not see the scoop, which was all the way at the bottom. I was thinking, "Wow, how stupid that they didn't include a scoop; now I have to figure out how much a serving is." No big deal, but just inconvenient. Surprise, surprise, after the third day, I spotted the scoop. I also didn't realize I was purchasing the container; I thought I was buying a very large box of the single-serve packs. At first, I was not happy at my mistake, but I realize I like this better. I usually get a mason jar with ice and water, add the scoop, shake it up, and add more water as it dilutes. It's not as soluble as I would like sometimes, so this is why I shake it like crazy with the lid on the mason jar. Sometimes, I will add a tiny bit more of the powder as I drink down the majon jar. I first found these in the store and was happy to find it online for cheaper. Definitely smells like a pink Starburst; my family cracks up about that. I enjoy the taste. My cortisol levels have been through the roof. With that, I get that awful cortisol spike at 2 in the morning. I've been using this for about two months and I can say it has DEFINITELY made a difference in my ability to get more sleep. I will start drinking it in the afternoon and stop around 7 so I'm not up all night going to the bathroom. I'll be doing labs soon and look forward to seeing if I've brought down my cortisol at all.

I’ve noticed I do feel a little calmer when I drink this. I don’t drink it enough to noticed if it’s helping with my bloating or not but it taste good. It dissolves quickly. Definitely a good buy for the cost.

Drink these religiously! Strawberries and cream flavor is sooo good! Definitely help me relax!

This stuff is the TRUTH! I usually don’t even take the time to leave reviews on supplements, but I had to come leave one for SuperCalm. Whatever it says it’s supposed to do, IT DOES! 🙌🏾 It really helps me feel calmer and more relaxed, and I’ve noticed a difference when it comes to winding down and sleeping. I’m very picky about supplements, but this right here? Baby, they did their BIG ONE! 😂👏🏾 I will definitely be purchasing again. Highly recommend! 💯

I’m on my 5th container. I am obsessed with the strawberry and cream flavor. It’s hard for me to only do it twice a day. I’ve gotten to where I don’t want to drink plain water. I just want this all the time lol. I haven’t noticed any calming effects I just love the taste. It’s like a treat with great ingredients. I do one scoop in my 40oz hydrojudge and I think it taste great. Not too sweet or over powering. I use a frother to mix it in and it works great.

Pretty pricey and light on flavor. You have to use less water if you want a good strong flavor, like I like. I didn’t notice any better sleep nor a calming, really. I’m pretty chill anyway; I just wanted better sleep and lower cortisol. I didn’t see either. Good taste though!

This lil mix seems to work very well for me. Pro tip, you will likely need to “re-mix” as you drink. It kind of settles after a while. I make mine in a bottle so I just shake it quick before taking a drink. As a 42yo premenopausal woman, I need all the help I can get. I had been waking up at 2:30-3AM and struggling to fall back asleep. I don’t take this to get to sleep, but it does help me stay sleeping through the night which is amazing. This product definitely isn’t for everyone, but I’ve gone through two packs now and will be re ordering.
