No, it won't make your games play any better but it is kind of fun to have an unusual color for your system and the distinctiveness will help you quickly identify your system if you are playing multiplayer games with friends or family and set your console down for a few minutes.In my opinion, Amazon is currently offering the best value for this product. The core DSi system currently sells for $149.99. This means that you are effectively getting a free game (Mario Party DS) which currently sells for about $28.On top of that Amazon is currently offering a $25 bonus credit towards a future video game purchase. That is a total savings of $53 and you get a stylish color to boot!Buyers should be aware of one little thing though- the DSi is about to suffer from "little brother syndrome". We are only about 4 months away from the release of the 3DS system. The DSi won't be able to play games for that system and consumers will need to make a decision. Do they wait and spend $249 or more for the 3DS which will play DS and 3DS games or go for the lower cost DSi and hold off on playing the new games until they eventually pick up a 3DS? Geek that I am I will still preorder the 3DS but parents and frugal gamers should take a moment to consider the purchase.It is safe to say that Nintendo will still support the DSi for at least another year or two and there is already a massive library of DS games to play so the DSi is definitely a good investment for gamers.A final note- limited edition Nintendo consoles tend to fetch a slightly higher price from collectors. For example, the limited edition NES style GBA SP from a few years back tends to sell for more money on eBay than regular consoles. If you think that you might ever sell your DSi, a rare color may get you a little more cash.

Didn't get the Mario game I paid for the bundle I would appreciate getting the Mario game

I was looking to just buy a regular DS for my son and ran across this bundle. What a great deal! For less than the price of a regular DS and a game I got the DSi and a MArio game. Plus the DSi is Orange how cool! My son is going to love this. Thanks again Amazon for a great deal.

I was expecting some wear and tear, given that the DSI is used. But giving me a product that just flat out doesn't work is another thing all together. Especially multiple times they have written that the product was quality checked for faults. Right and Left bumpers were not working, touchscreen was unresponsive, and touchscreen was more scratched up and dirtier then what I would've liked. I sent an email asking if there was a way to clean the touchscreen but I was left with silence. Returning this and going to go buy a new 2DS.

My 6 year old has the DS Lite and wanted the DSI XL, I ordered this one thinking it was the XL and found out it wasn't when it got here.. I didn't have time to replace it since it was for Christmas, but he loved it when he opened it.. He knew it wasn't an XL, but he was so excited that it was different and that it came with the Mario Party game.. The DSI and the XL are the same exact thing except the XL screen is a little bigger.. We also recieved a $25 gift certificate, which scored me a free game for our XBOX Console which was normally $49.99.. The game was on sale and after the gift certificate it came out free and we didn't pay shipping for either item! You can't beat that! Now both of my children can play together since they have the DS Lite and the DSI and you can play together with one game..

These DSi games came as described. I seem to have issues with memory in trying to connect to the internet and playing games on the web. The screen is too small for the internet also. Basically though it is providing lots of entertainment for my boys who are ages 6 and 8.

Poorly packaged and missing the game that was in the description.

My son loves his new DSi bundle. We ordered this close to Christmas and got it very quickly because of Prime. The price was right - cheaper than I see it anywhere (including eBay) right now. Great transaction for a product that provides a lot of enjoyment for my son.
