Nice sharp knife set. My husband does a lot of brisket smoking and has been wanting a good quality knife like this.

Nice knife set for meat cutting
This knife set is pretty nice for what you get. Sharp was pretty nice right out of the box and had no trouble cutting very even slices out of a roast.

Beautiful but damn sharp
Watch out for a hook at the base of the blade of the small knife just off the handle. It is sharpened too and makes such a clean cut it took me 3 days to stop the bleeding. Haven't had a chance to use the long slicing knife yet. Beautiful blades. My cut came from "operator" error.

Sharp and comfortable.
Seems to be well made. Pretty sharp out of the box. Weight feels comfortable in the hand. Sliced through brisket well. Just what I wanted!
