No, it does not have any chain.

This perfume is really authentic??? the smell of it lasts a lot. I'm afraid it's fake !!!???

I'm sure it's real. Not too many fakes on a cologne as cheap as this one is. I personally did not care for it, so I haven't used it since I picked it up. I don't remember how it smells or how long it lasts.
