Purchased it to hold multiple briskets for holiday BBQ. Worked like a champ. Also kept other items at serving temps without using the stove in the kitchen. For people who do a lot of BBQ or entertaining, I highly recommend. The only downside is removing all the plastic wrap used in shipping. Some of the seal was behind screws and rivets. Pain to remove before first use. But any that is left will burn and stink, so removal is a must.

Ordered for backyard BBQ use to rest brisket, pork butt and ribs in an heated environment. Also to hold sides hot and fresh during parties. First hold was 9 hours at 155 for a big brisket packer. Worked perfectly. Second use the unit failed. Discussion with customer service ended up with me sending unit back - packed in the same box as the new replacement came in! From the time I talked with customer service to the new one on my porch was 3 days! Three DAYS! They even had UPS pick it up for no charge! The new unit worked just right on use. Amazon assisted with. The return/replacement and it was seamless start to finish. Vevor is a darn good company. Good products and OITSTANDING Vustomer Service

Amazon delivered 2 days late. I had put a Brisket on in the morning anticipating the warmer arrival. Oh well, I did the long hold in the oven. The Brisket was a little dry but good flavor. The Vevor warmer arrived in excellent condition. The box and packaging were really good. I spent a few minutes removing the white plastic protective cover. A heat gun makes it an easy task. I installed the bottom feet and the handle. I plugged it up and it reached 150 degrees in minutes. The warmer has 4 shelves. It will hold 4 full hotel pans/sheets or 8 half pans or sheets. The door closed nicely, holding closed with magnets. The digital controller is very nice. I would recommend this to anyone that hosts Thanks Giving with large crowds or wants to raise their game with a long hold on Brisket. This Vevor warmer punches above its price point. I forgive Amazon for the delay, I think it’s incredible that they get things delivered so quickly most of the time.

Fraud. Top shelf unusable and therm probe sticks down too far. They altered the photograph you see to not show this. So you cannot only fit three shelves

Food warmer works well. I have nothing negative about the warmer as it is very nice and works well. It is also packaged very well. It even has white protective sticky plastic tape or something on the outside of the oven to help protect from scratches I am guessing. Be aware that removing the white sticky plastic tape is a pain! HAHAH! Also be aware when you get the oven out of the box the rubber feet must be put on it. I failed to realize this and put the oven on a wood kitchen table. Do not make the mistake I did, put the feet on or have a surface to put the oven that will not be scratched easily by metal.

Love this thing !! A must for a back yard bbq guy to raise your level! Its well built , keeps temp within 3 degrees, Bbq now ... serve on your terms , No more timing your cook for when the guest will arive ( like that ever works) Rest your brisket, for 18 hours , no problem. Grill for the family, then decide " hey one more dip in the pool " not a problem now buddy ! This joint warms up to temp in a snap !!! Get the vevor hotel pans , they slip right in ! No need for the shelfs.

I have three issues with this warmer. First, the temperature is off by 10+/- degrees. Second, the top rack has a probe hanging down which blocks putting a pan on it. So it's now a 3 tier warmer instead of 4. Third, the power switch is loose and keeps popping out. I will probably exchange it for another one. It does keep the food warm at a safe level.

We cook for larger family & friends events and This item is an extension of my home oven! While my oven is in use, we use this item to store already cooked food because I don’t have an industrial size oven in my kitchen, this comes in handy!!!
