I bought these awhile ago thinking I would be working outside in the flower bed and doing yard work in the sunshine. Well, we’ve had the coldest, wettest spring on record with hardly any sun! I just started taking these two days ago, so nothing to report yet besides liking the taste and the fact that they are sugar free! Easy to chew and swallow. Seem to be good quality. Will be a good value if they work. I have a healthy "glow" but without my skin being darker in anyway. It's hard to explain, but my skin just looks more radiant and alive. My lips have always been pale and I hated it because I'm already a pale skinned man, so I felt like my lips always looked washed out, but now they have a nice healthy blush to them.I use Grok a lot and I one day I sat down and listed all my supplements and their nutritional labels to Grok and asked it which ones I should keep and which ones I could ditch and for Grok to create me a supplement routine to optimize progress toward my health goals, and Grok put these gummies at the top of the routine. I asked Grok what it thought of these gummies and it said these were a home run for my goals and needs. So there you have it. They are expensive, but well worth it in my opinion. I just ran out so I'm placing another order today. If you take a lot of supplements I highly suggest you input your list to Grok and ask it to look over your supplements to make sure you're not taking too much of any one nutrient. I was taking too much vitamin A. Just a helpful tip to keep you safe and healthy and that can also save you money on redundant supplements.

I have been using these gummies for a couple weeks now along with getting in the tanning bed and they are absolutely working. I have noticed while using these that I haven’t burnt as bad, or stayed burnt as long. I have also noticed that I’m tanning a lot faster with these gummies than just getting in the tanning bed and not taking any supplements. In my opinion these gummies 100% work. While I don’t feel they would help you tan without sunlight or tanning bed exposure, they definitely help you tan better while spending time in a form of UV light.

I don't know if it actually does what it says it does I just started takeing it.i haven't seen any changes in the color of my skin yet still pale Fair but I think I need to continue takeing maby eating 3 more bottles I'll see the results in the darkness color change and glow in my skin tone

Not true waste of money

Sorry to say but these did not make my skin look tan. Took them every day religiously and not a bit of difference. Total waste of time and money.
