Very effective , helps with indigestion.

I would be lost without Gaviscon Advance Aniseed (Double Strength). There are several Gaviscon products available for different issues, but this is the one that works best for my acid reflux. The aniseed flavour is gentle on the stomach, whereas peppermint can feel a bit stimulating for me. I take it regularly and also as a top-up when my reflux symptoms flare up. The alginate forms a protective barrier that helps calm my symptoms almost immediately. My only drawback is that it is a little on the expensive side, but it is very effective.

The product is excellent. It would be interesting to know who packs these bottles of Gaviscon: the seller or Amazon. It is a glass bottle, and glass needs to be packed very well to prevent breakage. Can the seller really afford to pay for all the broken bottles? Interesting business model.

Superb value compared to the shops, and for me the only indigestion product that actually helps, tastes great, is quite thick consistency which I like.
