Great customer service, poor hardware

The first we received did not power on at all. Turning the power/dimmer knob would cause all the LEDs to flash briefly. Customer support was great and they had a new ring light shipped out quickly. The second one we received worked fine for about 2 months when the dimmer switch stopped working. The light now only has 2 settings, off or full blast light which doesn't always work for what I purchased the light for.
