Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?: A lift-the-flap board book Board book – 8 Mar. 2018

My son loves reading but he turns pages really quickly. This book is lovely as there is just a couple of lines of text on each page, bright images, repetitive lines which feel quite sing-songy and make it easy to read aloud. The last two pages are particularly pleasing for little one and he gets very excited when we turn the last page and see children :)

I first heard this book at a baby group and then went on to purchase it for our son (now 17 mths). He loves to lift the flaps and seems to never get bored of this book. My only observation is on the pictures - all the way through the animals are looking at each other until you get to the goldfish and the teacher towards the end and they’re looking in opposite directions.... just seemed a bit strange given ‘I see a teacher looking at me’.

A great book with lovely pictures and pretty sturdy flaps. We read it together very regularly and my baby started to open the flaps and turn the pages herself at about 3-ish months. And it was about 6 months after that before she ripped any off! So they are reasonably tough, and glue/stick back on well if any rips occur. I think there's something to enjoy in this book for lots of different age groups. One of our favourite buys.

This is not only my 4 year old son's favourite book, but is my favourite book of all time too.This book is very good for your child especially if they're in reception year and have just learnt phonics and how to read some words.Don't even have a doubt about purchasing this lovely book.I couldn't be any happier with my purchase.HIGHLY recommend!

Beautifully illustrated repetitive story, that using a sing-song voice gets my 6 month old grandchild smiling and leaning forward to try to open the flaps. Would imagine it would be great for children learning colours too. Varies slightly at the end from the original version.

Great book for helping young children identify colours and animals. The lift up flaps make it interactive and fun, my child enjoys reading this.

This is a great book for children to learn different colours and different animals. When I read it to my son, I also make the animal sounds to help my son learn the different sounds animals make. Its a great hard cover book which means you can keep it for many years without your little one destorying the book.

The drawing was weird so I was doubtful if my son would like it. But the rhythm of the book is so good and turns out I was wrong even about the pictures. He finds them attractive and the book teaches colours and animals. The flaps are an added bonus, although they are not as sturdy as other flap books.

This is an all time great. It should be in every baby’s library.

Wonderful pull up areas to guess the next animal. My son loves them! He received this at one year old. Two months later the pictures are still good. The Cardboard is strong does not tear.

the book has a flip open to the animal coming, it aids the children in retelling the story by looking at the pictures. excellent.
