I am a flight attendant and it was a colleague who recommended it for work, she uses it for naps in the crew van after redeye flying. I purchased the TRTL Cool Neck Pillow for my brother to use while recovering from eye surgery. He has to sleep sitting upright for the next month and keep his head completely level, so finding something supportive and comfortable was really important. This pillow has been fantastic. It keeps his head from slumping forward or to the side, which is exactly what he needs during recovery. For me I certainly need to make many small adjustments over a few minutes to find my sweet spot(gets easier over time), after that I’m pretty much set until I wake up, feeling restored.
