Too wide of an opening. Made a mess. The standard size, which I ordered two of were perfect though.

Buy this! For any male who has an inverted or small penis, this is the best solution for you! My 95 year old dad was waking up frequently and trying to use urinals and he’d be drenched & uncomfortable. Perfect solution, after multiple types of urinals purchased.

I am not sure what body type this was designed for. It was very, very uncomfortable, without any seeming allowance for the scrotum. The lower straps are so close together that they cut across the scrotum just below the penis instead of coming off the sides to avoid that issue. The underpants part had to sit at my belly button to get the opening for my penis in the right position. I’m 6’4”, and weigh 210 lbs. these seem to be built for a ballerina.

If I release small amounts of urine at a time, and, I’m sitting up, then, it works fine, but the small tube cannot move out the urine fast enough to prevent overflowing. If have to use the restroom in a hurry, it quickly fills up the bulb, and spills out. A larger tube will probably fix the problem. Then I would feel comfortable overnight, but as it stands it just won’t hold up if you have a full bladder.

This system works GREAT! My issue is that my husband is kind of chubby around the waist and the elastic strap, while it fits, is quite tight and leaves a red indention on his skin. Getting this on is a two person job so if the man who needs it cannot hold it in place while you get all the attachments taken care of the job is difficult and time consuming.

This item is useless. The waist has an attached Velcro strap, and unless the patient is less than 145 lbs, it will not fit. Also, the material absorbs the urine and leaks, leaving the patient soaking wet. I DO NOT recommend this item for any one.
