Quite Effective For A Number Of Things
Okay let's do the don't make any claims dance here. This is a nice mask for sleeping and for other things. The heat response is very incremental between settings but there is a difference. It's decent quality overall. The control feels a little cheap. There is no power supply included, you'll have to find one to use. The plug is USB A old school. Now, here's how it helped me. Headache? Yes. Allergies? Yes. Sleeping? Yes. I was actually surprised how much it helped. Is it worth 30 bucks? No. But then again, maybe it is for the relief it provides. So, I would recommend it? Yes.

Incredibly Relaxing
I'm not entirely sure if the manufacturers made an error in design, or in the construction, but I do really appreciate this eye mask. Let me explain, as the heat element is slid into the top of the mask itself, on half of the mask is generously padded, the other side only has a layer of material. Now, you'd think, obviously, for maximum comfort that the padded side should face you as you equip this mask. Yet, the buckle for the hand band is oriented in such a way that it then protrudes into your head. Now, this is not a major issue by any means, just a tad odd. Beyond that, I wish the controls were closer to the pad to be found easier. Not to be moved by much, but as they sit currently, they can tend somewhat to get lost under covers or the like

Non-massaging, non-rechargeable, USB Type-A heated mask
First of all, at the time of this review, the photos and description contain multiple incorrect statements. This mask is NOT a massager, NOT rechargeable, NOT USB Type C, and NOT a moist compress. This is an electric mask that must be plugged in the entire time that you use it. It gets warm and . . . that's what it does. It just gets warm. The heating element is removable in case you need to wash the soft outer part of the mask. The mask has a USB Type A connector and was measured to draw 5V 0.92A continuously while powered on. The cord is about 4 feet long, so you'll likely want to use a portable USB power bank unless you happen to have a charger within a few feet of your head where you'll be wearing this. There are 5 temperature settings, ranging from 36°C to 50°C and 5 timers ranging from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. I removed the heating element and tested it with a thermometer that was set to measure object surface temperature. The measured range went from 25°C on the lowest setting up to 36°C on the highest. It heats up quickly, but I measured the temperature after allowing the mask 5 minutes to fully warm up. Compared to heated eye masks that you stick in the microwave, this one does not feel nearly as warm. However, on the plus side, the heat is constant compared to microwave masks that rapidly start to cool down as soon as you put them on. The warmth is comfortable, although I felt the shape of the mask was uncomfortable with the heating element inserted. It is fairly rigid and does not feel great pressed against the bridge of my nose. There's also a big enough gap that I can't really feel the warmth on my eyes. If I move it up a little, it primarily warms my eyebrows and forehead. I was wanting this for my dry eyes, so it hasn't quite hit the mark for that due to the awkward fit.

Not something we will use daily.
Not something that is needed for me. The product is good and we get the concept, but its not something that we will use like others may. It was not comfortable for us to wear, but again it could just be us.

Great for headaches
I found it too cumbersome for sleeping, but it worked great for relaxing in the recliner with a headache.

Very nice once getting used to it.
Gets very hot. I was surprised how hot this gets. I am not sure if I am able to to enjoy this as I felt very hot while wearing it. I have tried it several times over the past few weeks and I have grown to really enjoy using this. You can adjust the heat, and set the timer to your preferences. This is great!

Not my Favorite
The eye mask didn't heat to the temperature I needed for dry eye relief. The quality was average of the actually mask. There are better options available.
