Saves my spine and my wallet at the exact same time
I bought this chair for long gaming sessions and late night web browsing, and it is an absolute lifesaver. Usually, after sitting for a few hours, I feel like I need to schedule an immediate appointment with a chiropractor. With this chair, I can sit for hours on end and my back feels perfectly fine afterward. No doctor visits required! The Highlights: The Cushion: Excellent padding. My booty has absolutely no complaints, even after a marathon session. Support: The back and lumbar support are fantastic. The headrest is decent too, though it functions more like a neck support for me which still gets the job done. The Build: Putting it together was shockingly simple. It took me less than an hour to build, and I didn't even lose my temper once. Aesthetics: The gray mesh looks sleek, modern, and keeps things cool so you don't overheat during intense moments. Verdict: This thing feels durable enough to last me for a very long time. You truly cannot beat the comfort and quality you get at this price point. If you want top-tier ergonomic support without spending a month's rent, buy this chair. Your spine will thank you.

For the price, packaging, easy of assembly an easy 5 stars.
As always, I rate with price in mind and considering that price. Is this as comfortable and well built as a Herman Miller Aeron? No. But it also doesn't cost 1200+ bucks. For like $1000 less, it's pretty good. I found it was kind of difficult to find a mesh back AND bottom chair that wasn't too crazily priced, so that's what brought me to this char. - One of the best, if not best, packaged assemble-yourself furniture items I've ever dealt with. All pieces were wrapped very well to prevent damage. Due to their smart choice in box size in relation to the disassembled chair pieces, everything fit nicely in the box, came out nicely, was completely undamaged, AND I didn't have like 2 trashbags full of styrofoam to toss like with most assembly required stuff. - Instructions were clear and correctly well written in English, without the usual sometimes laughable often times confusing instructions that usually seem to be translated by throwing darts at a board of random words you might find in a manual. -Nice touch was that each plastic pouch with the hardware had a card in it with the part ID and what instruction steps it's used for. So you might have 4 bolts, and the card would have 'A' Step 3. And in the instructions you'd find step 3 and see the bolts 'A' needed. Amazing to see a company actually put a bit of effort into their instructions/assembly stuff. Also the only tool needed for assembly was the included Allen wrench. - It's pretty comfortable for a just over 200 dollar chair. Armrests are adjustable up and down of course, and you do have some adjustment room width-wise by sliding them in and out before tightening the bolts underneath. It's not a huge amount of adjustment, you can maybe add another 2 inches of space total max, and obviously it's not a simple button/lever adjustment since you have to adjust the bolts. The same thing applies to the seat depth, the chair back can be assemble with a bit of room while tightening the bolts. Though you're probably only getting an inch or so there. The lumbar support piece also has a bit of adjustment as well. The headrest only has one bolt position, but it has some adjustability with the pivot mount it has. The usual other adjustments of course too that you'd expect from an office chair: height, lock back in place, let back lean. - Great value for the price point, especially since there aren't a whole lot of mesh back and bottom chairs out there down in this general price range.

Very Good Chair, but....
Bought this product a few days ago and now have had it for a few days now, so I can give a short review on it. So far its been a pretty good upgrade from my previous chair, and has been extremely comfortable to sit in, even after hours of use. The quality for the most part is very well done and the features on this chair are quite nice with the mesh padding and lumbar support, and I really enjoy being able to lean and tilt backwards when I want. Overall the sitting quality is a 5/5. As for what I somewhat disliked/am disappointed about with the chair, it would have to be build time and the headrest. Firstly, as a somewhat weaker person, as well as assembling it alone, it was a pain to put together. It took roughly 2 hours to finish the chair doing it alone, though that was mostly just putting the chair together. I would recommend getting someone else to help when it comes to building the chair as the positions can be quite awkward when twisting the screws into each part. As for the second part of what I was disappointed with, ultimately it was the headrest snapping off before a full day of use. Whether I twisted the screws on too tight or if it was not design for more than a pound or two of force, I'm not sure. Still it ended up snapping right off while testing the chair out on the first day, so be wary of that if you want to use it long term. Likely it was a combination of too much force and screwing it on way too tight, but it is not designed to take much force at all. Other than that, the instructions were practically perfect with the visual representations and everything else about the chair has been working in good order. It is quite compact too, so it can fit in smaller spaces which makes it a plus since I don't have a lot of space in my room. The extra features with tilt control, height adjustments, lumbar support, and the armrests are exactly as advertised, so no problems there either. Pretty good chair for the price tag, with only a couple of issues at best.

Good long term chair
Overall, a solid and comfortable office chair that does a good job for everyday use. The mesh design keeps it breathable, which is nice for long sitting sessions, and the lumbar support provides decent back support once itโs adjusted properly. It swivels smoothly and feels stable during regular use. Itโs not the most premium chair out there, but itโs very functional for the price and works well for home office or general desk work. Iโve been happy with it overall and itโs made sitting for long periods more comfortable.

Great chair!
It is perfect in my office area. It was easy to put together. The instructions were clear and I did it all by myself. The chair is also comfortable.

Very well built, sturdy, and comfortable
I spend a few hours a day practicing guitar, and my butt was getting tired, so I tried several chairs before I found this one. It's not the most expensive, but it's very well built, strong, and comfortable. The mesh back and seat is very nice, even after a few hours. I only installed the left arm rest to allow for my guitar on the right. It's great to be able to rock back when I want to when thinking or reading, and I can lock it upright if I want. I really love the lumbar support. The chair comes in pieces in a box, but the screws are well labeled and there's an allen wrench (I used a drill with a hex attachment). I set a price alert; this chair price goes down $8 or so regularly. I'm very happy.

Good at first, then back pain
I've had it for two years and I regret it. First year was fine. It was comfortable, easy to assemble, better than my last chair etc. But then the problems started. The mesh seat doesn't wear in evenly, so you're going to find yourself leaning to one side, which is a problem because the arm rests are attached by cheap bolts that will bend and loosen until they snap. The foam on the armrests is not made to take any pressure, leading to it cracking and splitting with sharp, pointy little edges that will poke and rub up against your arms. The lumbar support pad is just completely terrible. It naturally sits too low and either presses on your tailbone or half an inch above your tailbone. I find myself slouching a lot just so my lower back isn't pressed against it, because it slides out of place so easily. The headrest has a similar problem. If I press my back against the chair and sit rigid and straight with the headrest fully extended, it's almost comfortable. But like the lumbar support, the headrest naturally wants to slip into its lowest position. So you're constantly wrestling with these two adjustable parts against your back and neck, while trying to keep your elbows on some wobbly armrests. Worst part is that using this chair and trying to wrestle with its slouchy, uneven surface eventually led to some short-term sciatic pain through my back and legs. I was able to stretch and yoga and walk that off, but I've been looking for a new, better chair ever since.

Amazing Support, and comfortable!
I have worked in IT for the past two years and have sat in maaaany chairs before. I needed a cheap chair to use here while I have been staying here at my moms house during Covid-19 since my main setup chair at my place didn't fit in my car :( I ordered this after looking at reviews, and was shocked at people saying it was uncomfortable. This chair is uncomfortable if you are used to sitting like a slob. I know this because my 500 dollar chair at my place where my main setup is much bigger and much more "comfortable" but I always slouch on it because it is so comfortable or sit weird. The Hyken Technical Task chair is uncomfortable at first not because its stiff, small, or poorly designed it's because it is designed to keep you sitting up straight and properly. I always had back pain before and now I don't with this chair! I am going to need to buy another to replace my 500 dollar chair! Overall: This chair is amazing for the price. It forces you to sit up straight and proper with a smaller base (I am 5'9 and weigh 215lbs) and I fit perfectly. Chair is also alllll mesh! Which is awesome never sweat on it, and farts aren't captured around me for 20 minutes. I am actually ordering two more! One for my main setup at my place, and one for my moms desk because she's loves it too! ** Everyone who is saying this chair is uncomfortable is used to slouching, and isn't used to sitting up straight and proper I have no issues with this chair at all, and my back pain is gone now(and my main chair cost me 500 dollars!) **

Headrest and seat length are a deal breaker!!!
Headrest: FIrst of all, the headrest is counterproductive. I know this is an ergonomic chair and it's designed to make you sit straight but this feels like it might give me a hunch back. There's also no way I can sit on this for more than 15 mins. When I work, I need to be comfortable enough to work for hours and this just frustrates me while I work. Seat length Secondly, I read some reviews about this before purchasing but didn't think it was that big of a deal. But NOPE! I was dead ass wrong! The seat length is way too short!!!!!. It's uncomfortably to short and I'm 5'10. Not sure if it was built like that intentionally or it was just built for a 5'5 person. Everything else is fine, but these 2 reasons break the deal for me!!!! I sold it to someone else as a result

Not for those taller than 175cm/5'9
It's the same chair I tested in store at staples, and it's not as comfy because it's brand new. But once it's broken in. I expect it to be comfy. It's got an airy seat so if you get hot down there, there's ventilation. Depending on your height if you're +175cm/5'9 i don't recommend it, since you'll sit past the head rest which cannot be adjusted. It helps me sit up straight compared to my old gaming chair, and for my height it's comfy enough. Just need the seat to sag a little so the height goes down a bit. Assembling it took some work, but not impossible to do alone. I would recommend this chair if you're not taller than 175cm/5'9
