Great bike for the price
I've put over 200 miles on it in the past month since I got it. Only problem is the tubes and tires aren't that great. You have to make sure the tires lined up properly with the rim as you fill the air up. Besides that it's been great but the other day I got hit by a car while riding it and broke my shoulder. I will say this bike is a beast because only the front rack that mine came with got a small scratch and dent and one broken pedal. It still rides good as new definitely worth the money.

Very impressed with the bike and the support
great bike I got the pro max and the dual batteries and dual motor set up is just what I was looking for. Super fun to ride and great service. Out of my own error I ruined the hydraulic line to the rear brakes and reached out to the company for information on the size of the line and they immediately offered to send out a whole new rear brake assembly at no cost. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a commuter bike. Get a nice helmet because this bike is fast!

Great bike
Bike is great no issues. Bought this as a surprise birthday present for my husband and it had all the things he’d hoped for. The only thing he’d change would be for the bike to require a key to turn on rather than just a switch that turns it on for safety.Only complaint is the shipping took longer than expected so keep that in mind when purchasing. But the bike was worth the wait though.

Get up and go
Love this bike and company had a couple issues with my bike. They sent me new parts, hoping it will go back to normal so I can keep riding. Overall very happy

E04 error out of the box
Final update: Customer services pretty good. They tried to get me up and running. Instead I had to take the bike to a shop and have them put a new/different controller in. They did the rewiring and all things necessary to get moving.Weeks have gone by working on this thing. Looks good thoughAnother update: So, I received the parts that was ment correct my issue. The only problem is the access to the cables ment to be replaced.The wiring is protected within the frame of the bike. Which is smart if the bike is working. But, as in my case I need to run wires through the frame. A frame with very little in the way of access.I'll have to fish the cord through a section incased in metal, to hopefully get this bike working.I just sent a message requesting to return this bike.It's a shame, I want to like this bike. It looks great, sits comfortably but good luck working on. Placements of screws and the wiring within the frame makes it a chore to pull apart and work on.SLIGHT UPDATE: Customer services has reached out, trouble shot one problem and now they are sending a replacement part. With any luck this is the fix.Maybe I'll get some assistance here but my frustration level is high. The bike is put together and looks good. Battery has power wires all connected, but this Eo4 error will not allow me to throttle up or assist in pending the bike.There are many ways to reach out to customer service but so far no luck. It's a 1 star until I get it help from someone, I've already requested a return. If someone reaches out before then I'll update this.If that help works I'll update this.Highly frustrated with this.

Lots o Fun
We have had this Ebike for a couple months and absolutely love it. It is so fun to ride. My wife and I both got one and love tooling around town or taking them down trails. They can go just about anywhere. They were super easy to assemble took me about 20-30 minutes each. On flat hard surface road I could get up to 33 mph which was felt really fast. We typically cruise around at 10-15 mph we is plenty fast for us. Have had zero issues and would highly recommend.
