Uncomfortable, expensive, disappointing quality
These did not work for me at all. I thought they might be better than consumer focused ones, but I was disappointed at all fronts. Returned them, and ended up with the Jabra Evolve 40. Note: I work from home with PC, not from a call centre, where things may be different.

A bit disappointing
A bit flimsy and not very comfortable. Reasonable sound quality though.

have 7-8 staff in one room, can speak loudly without being heard in other peoples phone calls. these get used 40 hours every week making non stop outbound calls and we still have yet to break any of them in 3 years.
