My favorite pens ever! Always get compliments on them at work and people want to try them! Eraser is like magic and I can't get enough of them. No bleed, no smudge, and excellent quality.

I love my frixion pens. The pen quality is amazing, they dry fast, erase easily, great value for the money........ but they are just too light colored.

I love these pens! It write’s smoothly, the color variation is cute and I use it color code my notes. It’s affordable for the design it has. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this type eraser that never seems to run out. It dries in a minute, which is fine for me. Im buying a back up pack cause I use it work too.

These are GREAT pens! Firstly, they are pretty to look at. The white pen with the band of color indicating the color of the ink is so aesthetically pleasing. The clock mechanism is satisfying without being too loud. The nib is thin and excellent for smaller writing. The ink colors are muted and the erasability is perfect!

​I was excited to try these pens, and while they have a few good qualities, the overall writing experience is a letdown, especially with the 0.5mm tip. ​The Good (Pros) ​Design and Comfort: The pen has a nice look and feel, and the barrel is comfortable to hold. ​Effective Eraser: The eraser is well-designed and works effectively to generate the heat needed to make the ink disappear. ​The Red Ink: Out of the pack, the red (or dark red) color is the only strong, bold color and is the one I plan to keep for quick accents and side notes. ​The Bad (Cons) ​Writing Experience (The "Scratch"): This is the pen's biggest flaw. The 0.5mm tip has a terrible, scratchy writing feel with a significant amount of resistance when putting pen to paper. It is not smooth at all. I suspect this resistance may be pushing the tip too deep into the paper. ​Faint Ink Quality: All the colors (except for the red) are very light, soft, and muted. They are not bold and feel washed out, which is disappointing for everyday use, journaling, or drawing. ​Final Verdict ​The Pilot Frixion pens are a good concept for erasable ink, but the 0.5mm tip dramatically ruins the writing experience and ink boldness. They're acceptable if you absolutely must have an erasable pen, but for a smoother, better-quality writing experience, I'd recommend looking for a quality 0.7mm ballpoint or another brand entirely. ​I would only recommend these if you are specifically looking for an erasable pen and are willing to tolerate the scratchy writing feel.
