ButtyBuddy Passenger Seat - Bare Fender

The fiancé loves it and I love that I can finally get rid of the second seat on the Midnight Warrior when I ride alone. She has ridden with me on an eight hour ride up and down the Mississippi and by the end of it she felt like she had been split in two by the old seat. Now she wants me to throw her on the back and head out because this seat is that comfortable! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'll probably have to replace the suction cups since all four don't feel like staying suctioned to the fender. The rubber seems to have been damaged by heat and being smashed up against the interior of the box during shipping so the rubber is wavy, predominantly flat, and a B1(&# to get it to suction onto the fender. No real worries though since centrifugal force should do all of the work, but still you want all 4 to suction on quick, securely, and without you wondering if your fiancé will slide off of the back if you decide to set off a few car alarms with a twist of your right hand.Update. May 2016 well the wavy suction cups worked themselves out and they are no longer any concern. Like I said it was probably caused by the way the cups sat inside of the box. If you buy this seat and don't want to wait for the cups to sort themselves out then use a little hot water to help memory shape the rubber....Like forming a mouth guard. All's good, and after a year of riding....when it isn't -45 degrees out.....it's still working great as a seat. Silly/stupid name, but an awesome seat. Now it's a give star item. Cheers!

My girlfriend was complaining about the basic bitch pad just look pretty good so I thought I'd give it a try that's was over 3 years ago shortly after I purchase them I had to back surgeries ended up three hundred times worse so my bike's been in the kitchen for 3 years does the 300 millimeter rear tire and so wide fender with the ButtyBuddy rear seat keep in mind it's never been used and the Sox and Cubs have failed from day one well at first it would stick for about a week but with the bike parked right there it would just fall right off I would never trust his seat to stay back there without somebody sitting on it in other words if you took off with the seats suction cup to the fender but nobody on it by the time you got two blocks down the road it would no longer be attached I mean if it falls off when it's just parked with the bike leaning on the kickstand so what's a 7 degree angle just enough for the buttybuddy seat to fall off after looking at it the suction cups aren't concave whatsoever they're basically flat and keep in mind nobody has ever sat on the seat so I guess that's how they come from the factory with flat suction cups that's not going to work I guess it's back to the Old Faithful bitch pad which I guarantee if you stuck that on there it would still be stuck 3 years later if it was just sitting in the kitchen

Bought this item for my 2007 Night Train. My old lady is a little bigger in the rear end than most, so I needed a seat that would provide adequate support. She, as well as a few other friends have told me how comfortable this seat is.UPDATE 2015 AUG10: I went for a ride last night to pick up my cousin and go for a spin. Threw the BB on and double checked the fit since there is usually a passenger on it before I take off. All was well so I headed out. Checked it along the way several times; the last time it was gone. Turned around just in time to watch an F-350 with a horse trailer run it over.I thought these cups held better, apparently I was wrong. I'm currently looking for other options as I'm not sure I want to buy this again. Good seat, but bulky.

If you can get it secured to your bike it may work for short trips. I tried both versions, straps and suction cups. The suction cups didn't work at all, there is NO WAY I would put a passenger on that version! The strap version seemed a little better although it didn't work on my bike. There was no way to attach it securely enough to feel safe.

Actually, the seat is fine. I'm sure it would be more comfortable than most. I'd give it five stars, except my problem is that suction cup seats are illegal in my state. Check before you do what I did, and buy a garage ornament.

She likes it...as stated before in previous reviews I could do without the stupid pink and purple embroidery logo. I took a sharpie to it and blacked it out.

Great product, but can’t use it on my 1986 FLHTP still in the box over 8 years now, but still a great product
