You can see in the image left window is shiny after cleaning and other windows have years worth of city grime built up on the outside. Super happy with the difference. It’s streak free, I think individuals who had streaks didn’t move the cleaner in the right path/direction. You have to focus on the direction of the little squeegee/scraper so as not the leave streaks. (It soaps and squeegees in one go). The little squeegee on the outside cleaner on mine fell out mid clean. Luckily it fell where I could reach it but wouldn’t have been incredibly annoying if I had lost it. Magnets are good, it only fell off the window once, but that was because I moved it too quick while getting used to it, and the string caught it just fine. There’s no way to get in the corners, but it does do a good enough job even around the perimeter. Considering I live on the third floor, there’s no way to safely reach my windows from the outside, and the fact my windows slide upwards means I cannot reach the outside of my windows from the inside with windows open, so there’s no way to clean my windows without hiring someone. So despite not being perfect, this is well worth my time and money.

The idea is great and it works pretty well after a bit of practice. The only problem is that the plastic frame is cheap/weak and after the first use the plastic hole of one of the screws has already detached from the frame. See picture

Clear instructions, which when followed allowed for a good quality clean of our windows. Takes a bit of practice but quickly becomes easy to use. See attached before and after photos. Our windows were filthy and although they didn't come up perfectly, it's as close as they are going to get being that we are in a top floor flat, so outside accessibility is an issue. I could not use the magnetic cleaner on the fan light windows as the unit is a little too big. Really pleased to get a QR code for a set of free replacement pads. Overall a great gadget at a fair price for tricky to clean windows.

This product works as described. Cleaning a large bay window on the 1st floor subject to seagull poo, dust from next door building work and sea spray, Read the instructions as important to understand you are cleaning both sides at the same time. Simple to use if following the instructions, ensure you connect the safety lead as it can separate if you run into the side too hard. Mind your fingers when not cleaning the windows as the magnets are strong! Overall worked surprisingly well, though cant get tight into the corners is the only observation.

Works well on very high windows but I wouldn't use it on ground floor where I can reach easily the magnets are plenty powerful enough for my double glazing however when you get to the last corner to take you to off it leaves a great big smudge and I can't work out how not to do that and if you watch all the videos every one of them stops before they remove it from the window

Brought the stronger one for the double glazing I have, it kept falling off the window and when moving around it judders across the glass and leaves marks and smears . Also the magnets are strong when touching so watch your fingers .

Yes the magnets are strong - fit for purpose. My windows are 25mm gap double glazed units and the magnets are strong - as long as the surfaces of the window panes are well lubricated with soap( drops) and water then they work well and easily glide across doing the job well. They clean and dry the surfaces sufficiently for a quality finish . Do use the lanyard as if you turn on window edge the outer one lifts and falls . Easily pulled back in. Make sure you hold the outer to the window and slide the inner towards it across the pane . If you go directly to it head on it will strike the glass with some force!
